Natalie Lyons, BS, IADC
Case Manager
Natalie has 13 years of case management experience in the areas of child welfare, substance use, mental health, and justice involved individuals. Natalie obtained her bachelor of science degree from Iowa State University. She is a licensed substance abuse counselor and member of the Federation of State Physician Health Programs.
Emily Zalasky, LBSW
Program Coordinator
Emily has been with the IPHP and Iowa Board of Medicine since 2015. She has extensive case management experience in the areas of child welfare, substance use, mental health, and home and community based services. She previously served as the IPHP case manager and the monitoring coordinator for the Iowa Board of Medicine. She obtained her bachelor of social work degree from Wartburg College and is licensed through the Iowa Board of Social Work. Emily is a member of the Federation of State Physician Health Programs.
